This book is divided into total 15 chapters. Molecular markers of thyroid cancer and male breast cancer (MBC) are described in first two chapters. Third chapter discussed about clinical presentation, investigations and contemporary management of mesenteric ischemia. Diagnostic and therapeutic roles of endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) are covered in the fourth chapter. Liver resection, prognostic factors in colorectal cancer, oncoplastic breast surgery (OPBS), carcinoma gallbladder, molecular imaging in oncology, and varicose vein are discussed in fifth to tenth chapter. Eleventh chapter aims to explain the indications, management and definitive closure of open abdomen. Current concepts of bariatric surgery are broadly covered in twelfth chapter. Thirteenth chapter has described the various newer techniques and technology, which is now available and can be used in the management of diabetic foot ulcers (DFU). Last two chapters of this book focus on fistula-in-ano and total parenteral nutrition (TPN).
